My Civic app crashes when attempting to open

Context

  • My Civic

  • Enterprise Service Requests

  • ESR

Cause

App has not been configured in MyCivic CMS

Resolution

  1. Open MyCivic CMS

  2. Click Profile

  3. Setup the app Info, Menu, and Appearance
