Description of Issue

After the expiration of the security certificate, ESS website now displays 500 - Internal server error. There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

Cause

Certificate of the website has expired and is required to be updated before the page will load

Resolution

Create a case with TSM SaaS for assistance in the Support Portal
