User is experiencing an issue with Munis where the text is all Xs and unreadable

  • EERP
  • Purchase Order Inquiry
  • Purchase Card Statement
Cause
  • Issue with Cache 
  • Issue with Users Machine
  • Potential permissions issue
Resolution
  • Have user Clear Cache and Cookies (All Time) 
  • Restart Computer
  • Log into EERP and Confirm resolution
