Set up ReadyForms delivery definitions to email customers

Resolution

Navigate to System Administration > Printer / Device Administration > ReadyForms > Delivery Definitions

  1. Click Search to locate a delivery definition, or Add to create a new one
  2. Click Accept
  3. Under the Steps heading, click Add
  4. In the Name field, under the Step Details heading, enter a name for the step (ex. 'Email')
  5. Under the Templates tab, check the box of the form template to be used
    1. Make sure Template is configured correctly: Archived or Emailed Enterprise Forms (ReadyForms) record contains all images from run
  6. Scroll down and check the Email checkbox
  7. Select Customer email from the Send email to dropdown (the To Email Address will then default to the email on the customer record)
  8. Check Include Attachment checkbox
  9. In the From Email Address field, enter the address of your organization, as you would like it to appear in the customer email
  10. You may choose to enter a Subject and/or Message
  11. Click Accept

If test emails fail, enable the Force Email checkbox on the Email delivery definition: When to use Force Email or Force to Print in the ReadyForms Delivery Definition Step

The only supported reply/ from address when using Saasmail is noreply@tylertech.com

If using the Tyler SES service in AWS the reply address must end in @mail.munis.tylerhost.net
