Description of Issue

When running the error report, a Calc Code Not Defined Error was occurring for an employee that had a Calc Code defined

Context
  • Munis
  • Payroll 
  • Earnings and Deductions
Cause

A calc code 06 was defined for a deduction that should not have been looking to a tax table

Resolution
  • Click Payroll > Employee Maintenance > Employee Deductions
  • Search and Accept for the employee and deduction number the error is occurring on
  • Click Update
    • click the Calc Code drop down and change to the correct code
  • Click Payroll > Payroll Processing > Earnings and Deductions
  • Search and Accept for the Employee
    • Delete the deduction by clicking Delete from the ribbon
    • Add the deduction back by clicking Add from the ribbon
    • TAB through slowly to ensure all of the fields populate
