Description of Issue

Need new specific AUPO printer definition created to be setup with the Purchase Order Auto Process.

Cause

TylerForms printer (!TF) does not work with the Auto PO process.

Resolution
  1. Launch Munis
  2. Navigate to System Administration > Printer / Device Administration > Printer Definitions
  3. Click Browse to see a list of all of the printers
  4. Double click on printer name !TF TylerForms to open the configuration screen.
    1. Take a print screen of the configuration page or
    2. Type on a notepad the same exact command line on the field name Print / forms command
  5. Click Add
  6. In the Printer ID field type type AUPO
  7. In the Printer name field type AUTO PO
  8. In the Printer Type drop down menu select Tyler Forms
  9. In the Print / Forms command field paste or type the command line that you noted on step 4 
  10. Under Forms option, click on the drop-down field for the Default Job and select the Purchase Oder job name. Ex.: Process Purchase Order
  11. Under the Printer Availability, select: Available to all users
  12. Click Accept
