Description of Issue

Need to change invoice details, prior to posting the invoice batch.

Cause

Informational

Resolution
  1. Navigate to EERP>General Revenues>General Billing>Invoice Processing>Invoice Entry/Proof
  2. Resume current batch
  3. Select the invoice(s) needing adjustment
    1. To change the Reference, Customer, Invoice Date, Installment details, or cash account 
      1. Click Update
      2. Make desired changes
      3. Click Accept
    2. To change the Charge Code Description, Quantity, Discount Amount, or Recipient
      1. Click Detail
      2. Click Update
      3. Make desired changes
      4. Click Accept
    3. To change the GL Account details
      1. Click Detail
      2. Click GL Detail
      3. Make desired changes
        1. Tab to add additional GL account lines
      4. Click Accept
