Description of Issue

Journals totals are incorrect 

Context

Cause

  • Accounting entries

  • General Journal Entry

  • Encumbrance entry

  • Budget transfers and amendments

Resolution

Some of the control account lines are not included in the Totals at the bottom of the journal. This is the correct functionality so the totals will not actually always match the total lines on the journal.
