Description of Issue

How to update Supervisor password for Reversal override permission.

Supervisor Override using old password.

Cause

Instructional

Resolution
  1. Navigate to System Administration > Security > Passwords
  2. Click Search and pull up the relevant user's password record
  3. Click the Change Password button
  4. Enter and confirm the new password in the popup, then click Ok
  5. Make sure the Supervisor Password record is Active
  6. The Supervisor Override prompt for Reversals should now accept the new password
