How to update Supervisor password for Reversal override permission.
Supervisor Override using old password.

Cause
Instructional
Resolution
- Navigate to System Administration > Security > Passwords
- Click Search and pull up the relevant user's password record
- Click the Change Password button
- Enter and confirm the new password in the popup, then click Ok
- Make sure the Supervisor Password record is Active
- The Supervisor Override prompt for Reversals should now accept the new password
