  1. Login to Admin Center as an existing Org
Admin 
  1. Admin https://<clientIdentifier>-admin.tylerportico.com/org/admin-center/dashboard

  • Under Manage Users, search for the user and click on the account

  • Click the kebob (three vertical dots) in the top right-hand corner

    • Click Remove as org admin
    1. Roles>Organization Admin
    2. Click the trash can to delete the user
