Ensure a VPN connection is established
1. To connect if your site does not have a hardware ASA VPN device, follow steps in: Setup remote access to Munis using Tyler F5 Software VPN
Download and install FileZilla
1. This may require administrator authorization
Launch FileZilla
Connection settings for Datacenter hosted sites:
1. In the ribbon at the top, input the following information:
  1. Host: YVWLNSFTP03.
  tylerhost
  1. tylerhost.net( YVWLNSFTP02.tylertech.com has been retired)
  2. If site hosted using AWS, see SFTP for AWSUsername: your DATACENTER username
    1. Ex. 1234jdoe
  3. Password: your DATACENTER password
  4. Port: 22
Connection settings for AWS hosted sites:
1. In the ribbon at the top, input the following information:
  1. Host: sftp://erpsftp.tylerhost.net
  2. Username: your
  DATACENTER
  1. TYLERHOST username
    1. Ex. 1234jdoe
  2. Password: your
  DATACENTER
  1. TYLERHOST password
  2. Port: 22
Click Quickconnect
1. Under Remote site: you will now see the files and folder your account has access to
2. Files can be managed in a drag-and-drop fashion either by dragging from Local site: or by dragging directly from the desktop
