A user or group of users needs to connect to a Tyler Hosted folder with SFTP using FileZilla

A user or a group of users has been given access to files on one of Tyler's servers and needs to connect to access them.

1. Download and install FileZilla
   1. This may require administrator authorization
2. Launch FileZilla
3. Connection settings for Datacenter hosted sites:
   1. In the ribbon at the top, input the following information:
      1. Host: YVWLNSFTP03.tylerhost.net ( YVWLNSFTP02.tylertech.com has been retired)
      2. Username: your DATACENTER username
         1. Ex. 1234jdoe
      3. Password: your DATACENTER password
      4. Port: 22
4. Connection settings for AWS hosted sites:
   
   1. In the ribbon at the top, input the following information:
      1. Host: sftp://erpsftp.tylerhost.net
      2. Username: your TYLERHOST username
         1. Ex. 1234jdoe
      3. Password: your TYLERHOST password
      4. Port: 22
5. Click Quickconnect
   1. Under Remote site: you will now see the files and folder your account has access to
   2. Files can be managed in a drag-and-drop fashion either by dragging from Local site: or by dragging directly from the desktop
