Download and install FileZilla
1. This may require administrator authorization
Launch FileZilla
In the ribbon at the top, input the following information:
1. Host: YVWLNSFTP03.tylerhosttylerhost.net( YVWLNSFTP02.tylertech.com has been retired)If site hosted using AWS, see SFTP for AWS
2. Username: your DATACENTER username
  1. Ex. 1234jdoe
3. Password: your DATACENTER password
4. Port: 22
Click Quickconnect
1. Under Remote site: you will now see the files and folder your account has access to
2. Files can be managed in a drag-and-drop fashion either by dragging from Local site: or by dragging directly from the desktop
