Forms require modifications for an existing Custom ReadyForms TemplateEnterprise Forms Template

Standard Template is not sufficient to print all necessary data needed.

The standard template does not have the options or functionality that the client is looking for

1. Create a case in the support portal and title the case RFS Custom ReadyForm Template ChangeA Request for Form Modification form will be sent, including instructions to fill out pages 1 & 5, and to with recommended case title below:

2. Fill out the Request for service form: Tyler Forms Request for Form Modification Form
3. Please include a mock-up, data file, and zip folder containing the current ReadyForms TemplateEnterprise Forms Template 
   1. mockup - an example that illustrates what the final outcome might look like.
   2. data file - a data file can be produced by simulating the re-printing of the specific mockup example, but instead of selecting the RF Delivery Definition you would click on Output button then select the "Save" option. This will save the data file to your My Saved Reports screen in Munis, and from there you can export
   3. How to export one or all Enterprise Forms templates
4. Once you have all files, please send a message to technician via case. A KiteWorks link will be sent for secure file upload. If not sent, please request technician to send one.
   1. Once the Request for Form Modification form is completed, upload this and any other supporting/requested documents to KiteWorks via the link that will be provided by a Tyler Forms technician to KiteWorks (the link does expire after 30 days)
   2. Leave a note in your support portal case stating that forms have been uploaded and be sure to set the case status back to Open to Open

Example data files for check forms can be used from a test or train environment, as long as they match the mock up.
