1. Open In the Purge Retired Assets program
2. Click Define
3. Enter , enter a cutoff date and click Accept
   1. The program purges all assets retired before the entered date
   Click Accept to save the date
   1. if the assets have been retired for 2 or more years 
4. Select an output option to view, print, or save the report
5. Click Purge
6. The program displays a In the confirmation messageClick , click Yes to complete the purge
