How to purge a retired fixed/capital asset?

Context

Fixed/Capital Assets

Cause


Resolution
  1. Open the Purge Retired Assets program
  2. Click Define
  3. Enter a cutoff date
  4. The program purges all assets retired before the entered date
  5. Click Accept to save the date
  6. Select an output option to view, print, or save the report
  7. Click Purge
  8. The program displays a confirmation message
  9. Click Yes to complete the purge
