  1. From Enterprise ERP Menu to

go 
  1. go User Attributes. (System Administration

 > Security > 
  1.  > Security User Attributes).

Click 
  1. Click Search. 

 Enter User
  1.  Enter User Id or Name.

Click 
  1. Click Accept.

  2. Click on the Role giving Payroll Access on

the 
  1. the Roles tab.

  2. Click Edit Role .

Under HR / Payroll Click 
  1. Under HR / Payroll Click HR Management / Payroll. 

Click 
  1. Click Update. 

  2. In the Employee Master Column, click the dropdown field next to Employee Detail History.

  3. Select Hide SSN (Inquiry). 

  4. Click Accept.
