User launched the The Receipt Inquiry program was accessed through another program like Bill Inquiry > History tab by double-clicking on a paymentInquiry, which will link to Receipt Inquiry for Receipts in the History tab of a Bill.

  4. If multiple records return, use the arrows at the bottom of the screen to flip through the records. 
  5. When the desired record is located, click Dup Receipt.

Some programs may display fewer options when launched through other program, such as the Receipts program when launched through Bill Inquiry instead of the Tyler menu. To ensure that all options are available in Development is researching the possibility of making this functionality available when the Receipts or Receipt Inquiry program , users should launch the program directly from the Tyler menu in order to display the Duplicate option in the Ribbon menuis called by another program like Bill Inquiry.
