  • In order to setup automatic emails to send to applicants, you will need to review several programs in Munis including Recruiting Settings, Recruiting Emails, and Job Openings

  1. To review Recruiting Settings navigate to the program

    • Menu > Human Capital Management > Recruiting > Recruiting Settings

  2. Click Pending Applicant Status Changes

    • This is general settings for automatic emails to occur when applicant status change


To review Job Openings navigate to the program

  1. Menu > Human Capital Management > Recruiting > Job Openings

  2. Select Search and locate the record you wish to assign automatic steps

  3. Click the tab Automatic Status Updates tab

    • This is a specific setup for automatic emails to occur based on this specific Job Opening record


To review Recruiting Emails

  1. Menu > Human Capital Management > Recruiting > Recruiting Emails

  2. Select the Process you wish to review
