  • Secondary balancing cannot be modified through update once fund is createdand changed to another Segment once the Fund has been created
  • Secondary balancing can however be updated to NONE after the Fund has been created
  • If the segment defined needs to be updated to another segments, the Fund must be deleted firstand re-created with the correct information

Since there are no accounts created for the new fund, delete the fund record from Chart of Account Segments and then re-add it using the correct secondary balancing level:

  • Search for the newly created fund
  • Click Delete in the ribbon, and then click Yes, Delete in the popup box

Now, use the Add function to recreate the Fund with secondary balancing segment
