Invalid Credentials for saXXXXnonprod accountIssue Cubes Staging SA User account. The issue can be corrected by updating the account password in the Munis ERP Tyler Deploy configurations.

On Premise Steps to correct:

  1. Verify Credentials on Munis Database server - password is in DPS
  2. Go Browse to Tyler DeploySelect client that is affected 
  3. Open Product Configuration for Munis ERP
  4. Select Environment from dropdown
  5. Expand Munis ERP
  6. Scroll down to Cubes vars
  7. Edit the '  Cubes Staging SA User '  and '  Cubes Staging SA User Password'Password  fields if needed
  8. Update username and password with correct one from DPS
  9. Save
  10. Rerun deployment and verify success.

SaaS steps to correct:

Reach out to TSM SaaS Support for assistance.

If this fails again, or if account/password is not listed in DPS, reach out to deployment engineer to verify password listed in DPS. If different password is provided, repeat process above and redeploy. Update credentials in DPS.
