Monthly minutes will only Generate from the Employee Assignments program.  If the record should Generate with monthly minutes, an Employee Assignments record is required. 

  • If this employee doesn't have an Employee Assignments record, you need to add one.  Reference TSDS Setup document from Master Article - TSDS Reporting for step by step instructions for creating Employee Assignments records.  
  • If this employee already has an Employee Assignments record, you need to update it and enter the number of Monthly Minutes in the Description field. 
  • If this employee already has an Employee Assignments record with an accurate value in the Description field, then the Job Class code on the Employee Assignments record is incorrect.  Reference TSDS Staff Assignments - Not being created with Employee Assignments details
Once the data is corrected, re-Generate TSDS

Correct the source data, re-Generate and re-Submit or manually update the Staff Assignments Period Record and re-Submit.  

To correct the source data: 

If Source  = Employee Assignments → Change the Description field on the Employee Assignment record. 

If Source = Employee Job/Salary → Hours/Day field in Employee Job/Salary is multiplied by 60 to get minutes per day, and then minutes per day is multiplied by the value from Days in Standard Month on the Generate screen.  Review the Hours/Day and Days in Standard Month fields for accuracy and correct as needed
