SFTP access using FileZilla

A user or group of users needs to connect to a Tyler Hosted folder with SFTP using FileZilla

A user or a group of users has been given access to files on one of Tyler's servers and needs to connect to access them.

1. Ensure a VPN connection is established

   1. To connect if your site does not have a hardware ASA VPN device, follow steps in: Setup remote access to Munis using Tyler F5 Software VPN

2. Download and install FileZilla

   1. This may require administrator authorization

3. Launch FileZilla

4. In the ribbon at the top, input the following information:

   1. Host: YVWLNSFTP03.tylerhost.net( YVWLNSFTP02.tylertech.com has been retired)

   2. Username: your DATACENTER username

      1. Ex. 1234jdoe

   3. Password: your DATACENTER password

   4. Port: 22

5. Click Quickconnect

   1. Under Remote site: you will now see the files and folder your account has access to

   2. Files can be managed in a drag-and-drop fashion either by dragging from Local site: or by dragging directly from the desktop

6. If errors are encountered when connecting, please create a case with TSM SaaS for further assistance in the Support Portal
