Cause
Old life table referenced on Enrollment Choice
Resolution
- Open Enrollment Choices
- Menu > Human Capital Management > Human Resources > Benefits Administration > Benefits Enrollment > Enrollment Choices
- Click Search and locate the appropriate Benefit Year and Enrollment Section code
- Navigate to relevant Choice record
- Click Update then select the tab Optional Life
- Update Life Table to correct table
- Click Accept to save the changes
