How to Access and Launch the TCM Full Client

What are the steps to access the TCM Full Client?

• Munis
• EERP
• Tyler Content Manager 
• TCM
• Full Client

There are two ways the TCM Full Client can be accessed.

• From the Tyler Menu:
  1. Navigate to System Administration > General Administration > TylerCM for Munis Settings
  2. Launch the first Document Explorer URL link in a new tab
  3. The TCM Full Client launch screen will be presented and can be launched either using the Launch [Site Name] - TCM PROD (JLink) (WebStart)
     • WebStart requires Java to be installed on the given workstation, JLink does not
• From the TCM HTML Viewer Panel:
  1. From the TCM HTML Viewer (when viewing any given document in TCM through Munis), select the first part of the URL up to the word viewer
  2. Paste this URL into a new tab 
  3. See step 3 above

Please note the Content Manger launch page periodically get reworded or reorganized. Please ensure that the correct bit-version (32- or 64-) is selected that you intend to download and launch.
