When creating work orders in Field Work, users only have access to the specific departments listed in their maintenance data access

Install the appropriate work ticket for your version once it's been released:

  • 2019.1.22.0 - MUN-461290
  • 2021.5.0.0 - MUN-458586
  • 2021.6.0.0 - MUN-458585

  • 2021.8.0.0 - MUN-458583
  • 2021.9.0.0 - MUN-458582

Workaround:  Use Work Order Management to create work orders
