Error posting to Munis from Incode

During posting to Munis from Incode, user receives the error, Failed to post tot he Munis web service.

The characters < and > were used in the password for the incode_user username

Create a new password in Incode without using the characters < and > and change the password for the incode_user username in the Passwords program

Characters < and > are used in the xml to notate the beginning and end of a section. Using these causes issues in the import process.

To change the password in Munis:

• Go to Passwords (System Administration > Security > Passwords)
• Click Search
• Enter incode_user for the user name
• Click Change Password
• Enter the new password to match the new one created in Incode for the incode_user username
