Since our Cut to Live our custom hub cards have entries that are linked to old URLs no longer in use.

After a Cut to Live appointment, some application links on custom hub cards are no longer being used and have changed. 

1. Select the vertical triple dots in the top right corner of the card you are editing
2. Click on Edit which launches the Card Designer Menu
3. Select the option with outdated link from the Systems dropdown
4. Update the link with the correct link
5. Click Publish to save changes to the card

Only Hub Admin can edit Hub Templates and push out changes to all or select users.

• User unable to Add Card, Add Page, Browse Content, update Page Layout, or access Connection Builder
• User does not have pencil icon in Hub menu - Content Manager is not granted to user
