When clicking the paperclip directly in a Munis program, the CM HTML5 Viewer gets stuck on a Parsing Query... message. The image(s) itself never load(s).

There may be a non-system mapping that is incorrectly built in that program, ultimately causing a disconnect when Munis reaches out to TCM upon the initial search.
A site administrator or any user with the permissions to Maintain Mappings can review the mappings provided from that program screen to determine if a custom mapping was created and misconfigured:
- Click the downward arrow next to the paperclip icon to open the Document Mappings screen
- Click the Maintain button at the bottom of the screen
- Click Browse in the command ribbon to load the list of mappings
Mappings with a Check in the System column are provided by Munis Development
Mappings without a check are custom mappings - Select any mappings that do not have a check in the System column, click Accept
- If you see a custom mapping that is not currently being utilized, it can be deleted by clicking the Delete button in the ribbon, or otherwise clicking Update and unchecking the Include in Launch and Active boxes
- If the custom mapping is being utilized and needs to be corrected, please follow the remaining steps
- Click Update
- To auto-populate the data into the TCM metadata field, click the ellipses button on each field with data available from the program screen
If fields are mapped skip to step 10 - Expand the Source folders and select the source for each field
- Click Accept
- Repeat steps 6-8 for all data fields available to store to TCM
- Check the Include in Search box for at least 1 data field
Note – too few and many data fields may result in unexpected results - Click Accept
- Test mapping by opening TCM and verifying the data fields populate as expected
- Once mapping has been configured correctly, click the paperclip from the affected Munis program to test/relaunch TCM.
As a temporary work-around, please click the downward arrow next to the paperclip > Document Mappings > select the mapping you wish to view documents from and click View Documents or double-click to open TCM. This should display the images in the TCM Viewer as normal.
If you are a site administrator and not seeing the Maintain button listed in step #2, please see How to grant or limit permissions to Maintain Munis to TCM Mappings
