W-2 alignment off for pre-printed stock

My W-2s are printing out of alignment.

• Payroll
• W-2 Processing
• Pre-Printed Forms
• TSM OnPrem
• TSM SaaS

1. Access W-2 Forms Print: Payroll > W-2 Processing > W-2 Forms Print
2. Click Adjust Forms
3. Click Duplicate, enter the Name and Description, click Accept
4. Click Update on the new form to adjust the Ln and Col fields for the misaligned information on the W-2 forms

• DECREASING the LN number will cause that field of information to move UP on the form. INCREASING the LN number on the form will cause the field of information to move DOWN on the form
• DECREASING the Col number will cause the field of information to shift LEFT on the form. INCREASING the number in the Col field will cause the field of information to shift RIGHT on the form
