Close Current Fiscal Year

Cause

Control Account tied to invalid reference account

Resolution
  1. Browse Financials > General Ledger Menu > Setup/Chart of Accounts > Account Master
  2. Search
  3. Enter account number from error message into Reference Account fields
  4. Accept
  5. Update
  6. Change reference account to correct (valid) control account
  7. Accept
