Description of Issue

ReadyForms Delivery Definitions still exist but are showing up as blank pages in Munis.

Cause

Munis is no longer able to successfully communicate with ReadyForms, or an incorrect ReadyForms URL is set in Munis configurations.

Resolution

Please contact Tyler Systems Management Support or log a case via the Online Support Client Portal.
