Description of Issue
If user is already on the Grant Amounts tab in Grant Master and then searches or creates a grant, the Maintain Grant Amounts button is grayed out.

Click a different tab other than Grant Amounts and then click back to Grant Amounts, it will activate and will then be clickable.
