Unable to delete GL Account - Transactions exist

Unable to delete GL accounts from Account Master, encounter:

Munis

The selected account cannot be deleted.

There are existing transactions associated with this account.

Click OK to generate a report of these transactions.

Select OK to generate report, Display report  opens a blank txt file, PDF does not generate, report will not save to spool

Or report is generated with Transaction Type 'AccountSubAmount'

AccountSubAmounts

Munis 2017.1 and above

Budget transactions were created and written to a temporary proof amount table. The amounts are stuck on the table preventing delete of account. 

• MUN-323231 is open with Development to resolve the error.
• Contact General Ledger Support to clear proof amounts from the table.
