Description of Issue

Single user receiving error in Hub Notifications Card - Error loading workflow

Context

Tyler Hub

Cause

Notifications have not been mass acknowledged

Resolution

Munis>System Administration>Security>User Attributes

  1. Click Search
  2. Enter User ID
  3. Click Accept
  4. Select Workflow Detail tab
  5. Select Mass Acknowledge Notifications
