How to view TCM images of payroll checks / advices in Munis

Accessing TCM copies of PR checks/advices

• Munis
• Payroll
• TCM - Tyler Content Manager
• Manual Check Reconciliation
• Employee Inquiry

There are a few ways to view the images:

1. Go to Manual Check Reconciliation (Payroll>End of Period>Check Reconciliation>Manual Check Reconciliation)
2. Search for a check or advice > click the paperclip Attach icon > under Document Title, highlight Payroll Check/Direct Deposit Advice > click View Documents

Or you may do the following:

1. Go to Employee Inquiry (Payroll>Employee Maintenance>Employee Inquiry)
2. Search for an employee > click the paperclip Attach icon > under Document Title, highlight Payroll Check/Direct Deposit Advice > click View Documents
