Fuel Imports do not allow users to set an effective date

The Fuel Import and Fuel Usage Import do not allow users to set an effective date 

• Inventory Management 
• Enterprise Asset Management 
• EAM

The Fuel Imports are designed to default the effective date by using the post date, the year and period based on your GL Setup

• There is currently no functionality to allow users to set an effective date in the Fuel Usage Import 
• A mandatory enhancement to allow users to set an effective date in the Fuel Usage Import will be added as an enhancement to a future version under MUN-357891

Workaround: Post the fuel imports on the same day, so the entry date matches the post date
