Description of Issue
  • When requests with attachments are submitted from the Portal, the attachments are displayed in Attachments & KB docs (Request Management > Attachments & KB docs), but the counter does not update to reflect the actual number.
  • This only occurs on submissions from the Portal.

Defect

Resolution

T311-6983 will fix this issue in a future releaseĀ 

Workaround: No work around is necessary as attachments are still added to the request
