Unable to remove match for transactions - bank approval record has been approved in date range

• Reconciliation Approved - Cannot Remove message on match in Match History not included in an approved bank record. 
• Site has a bank approval record for another account including the match dates of the transactions.

• Unable to remove match when reconciliation record tied to different bank account has been approved

Restriction to prevent the removal of matches on approved bank records is not account specific. 

• MUN-414069 is currently open with Development to correct the issue: Unable to remove match for transactions on different bank account if bank approval record exists in date range.
• The current work around is to release the bank record back into workflow, then remove the match. 

Users should be prevented from removing matches if transactions are included in an approved bank record, but the this restriction should be Bank Account specific.
