Description of Issue
- When requests with attachments are submitted from the Portal, the attachments are displayed in Attachments & KB docs (Request Management > Attachments & KB docs), but the counter does not update to reflect the actual number.
- This only occurs on submissions from the Portal.

Workaround: No work around is necessary as attachments are still added to the request
