Description of Issue

User is trying to print to their local printer in Tyler HUB

Error: Requested printer 'Local' is not available for the web

Context
  • Local Printer
  • Tyler HUB
  • Munis Printing
Cause

While local printing was an option in older versions of Munis (ex. 11.3), it is not supported for Munis versions using Tyler HUB (ex. 2019.1, 2021.x)

Resolution

Resolution #1: You need to select a printer that has a Munis Printer Definition configured

Resolution #2: Alternatively, you can use the Export to PDF function and then print to your local printer that way
