Description of Issue

User is trying to print to their local printer in Tyler HUB

Error: Requested printer 'Local' is not available for the web

Context
  • Local Printer
  • Tyler HUB
  • Munis Printing
Cause

While local printing was an option in older versions of Munis, it is not supported for Munis versions using Tyler HUB

Resolution

Resolution #1: You need to select a printer that has a Munis Printer Definition configured

Resolution #2: Alternatively, you can use the Export to PDF function and then print to your local printer that way
