Add user to Time Entry Users in payroll

Site needs to add user to Time Entry Users screen so when they click Switch the payroll is changed for this user

1. Access Payroll Start and Status (Payroll > Payroll Processing > Payroll Start and Status)
2. Click Users in the toolbar.
3. Click Update. Click Add. TAB to the next available line. Enter the User ID. Click Accept.

The next time the payroll admin clicks Switch the payroll will be changed for the user
