Find an Adjustment Number

An adjustment number is needed to locate an adjustment record. 

• Adjustment Number
• Adjustment Inquiry 

An abatement number is needed for querying or processing purposes in other programs. 

1. Navigate to Adjustment Inquiry either by searching or using the following path: Property Revnues > Property Tax Billing > Region > State > Inquiry > Adjustment Inquiry
2. Click Search in the top ribbon.
3. Enter the Category, Year, and Bill Number that received the adjustment.
4. Use the arrows at the bottom of the screen to locate the desired abatement if multiple records return.
5. Once the desired adjustment is selected, the Adjustment Number can be found in the third set of information beneath the Reason Code.

• Adjustment Inquiry displays information for all adjustment types and is not limited to abatements.
• When displaying information for an abatement, the record should say Adj type: ADJUSTMENT next to the AR Category at the top of the window.
• If further assistance is needed, please contact the appropriate support team based on the bill category the adjustment is applied to. (Ex: Categories 01-02, General Billing, Categories 20-40, Tax, Categories 60-63, Utility Billing, etc.)
