Resolution
In the alternate layouts there is an empty line between the payee and the address on the check, there are some banks and/or clients that require this extra line for spacing.
Additional Information
If none of the standard layout options meets the need of the site/bank then a Custom Enterprise Forms will need to be requested for the site. Request for Service ReadyForms Custom Template
