Original Budget for an account has already been posted

Original budget can only be posted once per year for an Annual Standard Fund account. 

If an account was included in a budget completion journal, it cannot be posted again in a separate projection - even if the amounts in the first projection were 0.00. 

Accounts with this error can be deleted from the budget projection in Next Year Budget Entry 

Financials > Budget Processing > Next Year Budget Entry

1. Search for the projection
2. Update
3. Highlight and Delete accounts to remove from projection.
4. Retry posting Budget Completion Journal/Update
