Description of Issue

The first screen is different in Abatement Entry than it was in prior versions. 

Context
  • 2019.1+ 
  • Abatement Entry 
  • Upgrade
Cause

A recent upgrade to a higher version of the program (2019.1+). 

Resolution
  • Abatement Entry now adds abatements in batches. The process is similar to batches used in Payment Entry. After adding a batch, the screen should look more familiar. 
  • To add a batch in Abatement Entry, please follow the steps outlined in this article: Add a Batch in Abatement Entry
