Steps to adding a new account

Cause

How to article on adding an account from scratch

Resolution
  1. Property Revenue > Utility Billing > Master Programs > Accounts
  2. Click Add to start a new record 
  3. Key account specific information
  4. Select an existing Owner and Customer number (CID).  If one does not exist click into the folder next to the Owner field to add new.
  5. Once desired data is entered click Accept to save.
  6. Access toolbar, Menu section click Service
  7. Key existing charge code into the Serv Code field or use ellipses ( ... )  then enter all pertaining service dates and information
  8. Click Accept to save.
  9. Continue by clicking Add for each additional service should there be more than one for this account
