Cause
How to article on adding an account from scratch
Resolution
- Property Revenue > Utility Billing > Master Programs > Accounts
- Click Add to start a new record
- Key account specific information
- Select an existing Owner and Customer number (CID). If one does not exist click into the folder next to the Owner field to add new.
- Once desired data is entered click Accept to save.
- Access toolbar, Menu section click Service
- Key existing charge code into the Serv Code field or use ellipses ( ... ) then enter all pertaining service dates and information
- Click Accept to save.
- Continue by clicking Add for each additional service should there be more than one for this account
