The resolution depends on what issue is found

• Check for Current Actual Header Detail Mismatch, if issues are found please see General Ledger Utilities
• If there are no Current year header detail mismatch or still issues once GL Memo Balance is completed, please contact MUNIS General Ledger Support for assistance.

For the Multiyear Life column Actuals

• The total is the sum of the Inception to SOY amount (sum of all Actual Journals for prior year 1 and before) + the Current year Actual Memo amount 
• There should be NO Inception to SOY amounts on: Balance sheet accounts or any other Account other then Multiyear Expense and Revenue Accounts
